Empower 600 women in next three years with skills to enable them to be economically independent, thereby free to make decisions and choices with regard to their lives. And live a life with sense of self respect and dignity with complete self confidence.

To capacitate women in Digital Marketing and Stitching / Dress designing skills.
Also provide them overall development skills such as financial literacy, communication skills, English speaking, leadership qualities, addressing crisis situations, and clarity for decision making.
Support trained women in either getting decent employment opportunities or starting their own enterprises depending on their inclination.
Thereby enabling them to increase their self-reliance and self-confidence, so that they can make choices for their own life.

Dostiiii with its watchword Learn & Earn is a vocational training and social transformation program for unemployed women. The program consists of training covering areas such as spoken English language skills, lifestyles capabilities, values, Digital Marketing course, Stitching & Dress designing and vocational training based totally on their academic qualification, It provides job placement to all students in various corporates. Dostiiii permits inclusive boom by means of empowering women.
For the past two years, Dostii NGO has been teaching a digital marketing course for women. Two online batches have already been performed with our aid of us. Many students have benefited from our placement services. The majority of them make between 10,000- 40,000 every month. Candidates are working as freelancers, working from domestic & operating in offices also. Candidates receive special lectures on topics such as Health & Hygiene, Financial Management, and the Art of Living among others. we enlist the help of industry experts to deliver these lectures.
